ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a gun belt for receiving a holstered hand gun. The gun belt, comprises a major gun belt section to be worn at waist level and a minor belt section having a holster receiving portion dropped beneath the major belt section to locate the gun when holstered at a height such that its butt end is positioned at about waist level with the major section of the belt.
