A gutter guard comprises an elongate, perforated planar portion having a first longitudinal edge, a second longitudinal edge, and a plurality of apertures extending therethrough. A V-shaped member for sealing a first longitudiual edge of a gutter extends along the first longitudinal edge of the perforated planar portion. The V-sbaped member includes a sealing member extending angularly along the first longitudinal edge of the perforated planar portion and a flange extending angularly along the first longitudinal edge of the perforated planar portion. The sealing member and flange are angularly spaced-apart. A pair of spaced-apart side walls extend along the second longitudinal edge of the perforated planar portion. The side walls define a channel therebetween for sealing the second longitudinal edges of the gutter. A lip extends along a free edge of one of the side walls.
