This device takes the need for a towel to be form fitted to the benches of universal workout apparatuses and combines it with the normal needs for a gym bag. Normal towels will slide off the end of a bench or get caught in its mechanics. This towel/bag when closed forms a hood/pouch that can hang over the end of a workout bench or universal apparatus. The towel part of the gym bag is on one side, so that, at the end of the workout the towel/bag can be turned inside out into the gym bag mode containing sweaty gym clothes and the towel, thus protecting the users car, regular clothes, ect. from the bag's sweat and odour.
