An apparatus comprising a gyroscope wheel, a framework, bearings and shafts. All are arranged to topple the gyroscope wheel in such a manner that a series of unidirectional torque vectors are produced. As a result of the compounding of all the torques with all the components, the apparatus translates. The toppling of the gyroscope wheel only produces couples or torques, therefor some force must be produced causing this translation. We call this force the Delroy Force.
