The present invention relates to hair care cosmetic compositions comprising Zanthoxylum bungeanum extracts as active ingredient together with cosmetically acceptable excipients, optionally containing hair perming or hair dyeing agents. The Zanthoxylum extracts are obtained by extraction of Zanthoxylum bungeanum pericarp and further fractionation using CO2 in supercritical conditions.

L'invention concerne des compositions cosmétiques destinées à soigner les cheveux, à base d'extraits de zanthoxylum bungeanum comme ingrédient actif et d'excipients cosmétiquement acceptables, contenant éventuellement des agents pour permanenter ou colorer les cheveux. Les extraits de zanthoxylum bungeanum sont obtenus par extraction du péricarpe de zanthoxylum bungeanum et par fractionnement au moyen du CO¿2? dans des conditions supercritiques.
