According to the present invention there is provided a hair care composition comprising cationic polymer with a charge density of greater than about 1.5meq/g and a weight average molecular weight of greater than about 900,000. The compositions of the present invention provide good conditioning/shine to the hair with reduced feelings of tackiness and greasiness.
