ABSTRACT There is disclosed a hair rinse conditioner which is capable of imparting a degree of set to the hair. The conditioner comprises, in an aqueous medium, a cationic surfactant which is present in lamellar phase and a latex of particles of a water-insoluble film-forming polymer, which latex has a minimum film-forming temperature in the range 15°C to 50°C.
