A cosmetic hair composition which comprises (A) a solvent-containing silicone emulsion obtained by emulsifying a mixture of (a) a high-molecular polyorganosiloxane obtained by emulsion polymerization with (b) a volatile solvent, (B) a surfactant, and (C) water. The solvent-containing silicone emulsion as the ingredient (A) is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt.% in terms of the total amount of the high-molecular polyorganosiloxane (a) and the volatile solvent (b). The surfactant as the ingredient (B) is contained in an amount of 0.05 to 40 wt.%. The composition imparts excellent slip properties and softness to the hair. In particular, it enables the fingers to be smoothly run through the hair during rinsing.

L'invention porte sur une composition cosmétique capillaire comprenant (A) une émulsion de silicone contenant un solvant obtenue par émulsion d'un mélange (a) d'un polyorganosiloxane à masse moléculaire élevée obtenu par polymérisation d'émulsion avec (b) un solvant volatile, (B) un agent de surface, et (C) de l'eau. Cette émulsion de silicone contenant un solvant en tant qu'ingrédient (A) est contenue dans une quantité comprise entre 0,1 et 10 % en masse en termes de quantité totale du polyorganosiloxane à masse moléculaire élevée (a) et du solvant volatile (b). L'agent de surface utilisé en tant qu'ingrédient (B) est contenu en quantité comprise entre 0,05 et 40 % en masse. Cette composition rend les cheveux lisses et souples.
