ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The hair curler comprises two curvilinearly extending sections; intermediate of the sections there extends a rectilinearly extending section having a longitudinal extent which is not larger than the cross sectional diameter of the curler body; the hair is wound around the curler in form of a criss-cross winding; the width of a strand of hair wound upon the curler amounts to 2/3 of the length of the curler body, after treating the hair in accordance with known common measures this hair will be given an undulation which corresponds practically completely to a natural curling of the hair; hair dressings which are made by using such hair curlers are extremely easy to take care of. .
