Abstract of the Disclosure: The invention concerns a process wherein a premoistened tissue is applied to the ends of a strand of hair, the strand is wound around a preheated curler and left thereon until sub- stantially dry. The tissue is saturated with an aqueous solution which may contain the water splvent alone, or also dissolved in the water a hair conditioner and/or a setting lotion.
