People who decide to have long hair face occasions when the length of their hair can cause them concern. (1)Safety - Those working around machinery can become seriously injured if hair gets caught. Also, those involved in food preparation or other sanitized situations must have their hair contained. (2)Hair Damage - Many outdoor activities including motorcycling, sailing and just windy conditions themselves can leave long hair twisted, tangled and beat up. (3)Social Occasions - From business interactions to informal outings, some prefer their hair controlled or out of sight. I have a new invention - a hair enclosing device (here-in called a Hair Tube) that addresses these concerns. It can be quickly attached and enclose all or a portion of gathered long hair. It is less expensive and simpler to manufacture and use than previous hair wrap type devices. It basically consists of a highly elastic (lycra R or spandex R) tube that gathered hair is inserted into. One end of the tube is partially constricted to prevent the tube from sliding out of the hair.
