Abstract When applying hairsprays and simultaneously using a protective device to shield the facial skin, the invention is able to independently maintain its position about the head area by way of its inherent physical properties and shape. In this invention, the tension of wing-like extensions will press against the ears once manually positioned by the user and hold the said protective device in place without further manual assistance by the user.
