Roll forming apparatus for making half-round gutters includes a series of initial forming stations (1-5) that roll form a partially formed curved bottom wall (44), and opposed front (47) and rear (45) walls with a conventional ogee curve and head (48) in the front wall and a hook (46) in the back wall. A side roller assembly (A) receives the gutter body and while completing the head grips the head and moves the front wall and associated top edge toward the opposite rear wall and associated top edge. A hook forming assembly (B) opposite the side forming assembly turns the top edge of the back wall toward the front wall. Two overbending stations (8, 9) grip the head and hook and overbend the bottom wall to a smaller radius and the opposed walls past a parallel position so that the resiliency of the material causes the walls to spring back to a desired finally formed half-round gutter (22).
L'appareil de fabrication de gouttières demi-rondes comprend une série de postes de formation initiale (1-5) qui forment par cylindrage une paroi de fond partiellement formée et incurvée (44), et des parois opposées antérieures (47) et postérieures (45) avec courbures en doucine et un nez (48) dans la paroi antérieure et un crochet (46) dans la paroi postérieure.
