The invention relates to a halogenated polysilane (referred to in the following as polysilane) as a pure compound or as a mixture of compounds and to a thermal process for producing the same. The polysilane is characterized by characteristic shifts in its 29Si NMR spectra and by typical intensity ratios of the bands in its Raman spectra. The polysilane (Si n Xy) has a high proportion of branched chains and rings. The process for producing the halogenated polysilane is improved in such a manner as to allow a high throughput (industrial production) and the production of a particularly soluble polysilane.
L'invention concerne une polysilane halogéné (désigné ci-après par polysilane) sous forme de composé pur ou de mélange de composés, ainsi que son procédé thermique de production. Ce polysilane se distingue par des déplacements caractéristiques dans ses spectres RMN 29Si et par des rapports d'intensité typiques des bandes dans ses spectres Raman. Ce polysilane (SinXy) présente une grande proportion de chaînes et de cycles ramifiés. Ce procédé de production de polysilane halogéné est optimisé de façon à présenter un rendement élevé (production industrielle) et permettre la formation d'un polysilane présentant une bonne solubilité.
