ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The hand brush is specially shaped for cleaning cylindrical vessels whereby its gripping handle (31) is rotatable and mounted at the free end of a crank arm (34) vertically attached to a stem section (35'). The bristle body of the brush can be concentric to the rotational axis or comprise a serpentine shaped stem body (35), (Fig. 2a).
