A hand cart includes a rectangular platform, a plurality of casters, and a handle unit. The platform has opposite first and second side edges, a first engaging unit formed on the first side edge, and a second engaging unit formed on the second side edge and having a structure that complements the first engaging unit. The casters are mounted on the platform. The handle unit includes a post, a hollow connecting seat, a handlebar, and a handlebar-fastening component. The post has a platform-connecting end mounted on the platform, and an opposite handlebar-connecting end. The connecting seat is mounted on the handlebar-connecting end of the post. The handlebar extends horizontally through the connecting seat. The handlebar-fastening component is for fastening the handlebar to the connecting seat.
