ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hand crimping tool having a first handle (10) and a second handle (12) connected to the first handle by a main pivot pin (14) and a pair of jaws (15,16) connected to the handles for movement together upon pivoting of the handles about the main pivot pin. A signal mechanism (20,28,37,38) is provided to produce a sensory perception to the user of the completion of a predetermined crimping movement of the jaws.
