The invention relates to a hand dryer comprising a casing (1) containing two hollow chambers (3a, 3b) which are equipped with: an inlet (36) for high-speed air that is supplied by air-drive means (4a, 4b) which drive the air towards a drying chamber (2); internal channels (33) which convey and distribute air through the hollow chambers with a low coefficient of friction; and a plurality of air outlets (34) which are defined in the front panels (31) of the hollow chambers and which discharge air simultaneously through holes (21, 22) in the drying chamber, such as to cover the entire surface of hands introduced into the drying chamber (2) and maintained in a static position therein. In addition, the inventive dryer comprises a device (7) for evaporating water originating from the drying chamber.

Ce séchoir comprend à l'intérieur de l'ossature (1) deux chambres creuses (3a, 3b) qui présentent: une bouche (36) permettant l'entrée d'air à grande vitesse fourni par des moyens de soufflage d'air (4a, 4b) vers un espace vide de séchage (2), des canaux intérieurs (33) destinés à conduire et à distribuer l'air à l'intérieur desdites chambres creuses avec un coefficient réduit de frottement, ainsi qu'une pluralité d'orifices (34) de sortie d'air définis dans les plaques antérieures (31) des chambres creuses et projetant l'air de manière simultanée par les orifices (21, 22) de séchage, sur la totalité de la superficie des mains introduites et maintenues en position statique à l'intérieur dudit espace creux de séchage (2). Le séchoir comprend un dispositif évaporateur (7) de l'eau provenant de l'espace de séchage (2).
