The invention relates to a hand-held analysis device which is used to examine a sample, in particular a biological fluid, with respect to a medically significant component. Said hand-held analysis device comprises a housing (4) which is provided with a load opening (5) which is used to receive an inter- changeable cartridge (6) comprising a plurality of chambers (12) which can contain analytical consumption means (10), in particular test strips. Said hand-held analysis device also comprises, respectively, an opening (13,14) which is arranged on at least one front side of the cartridge (6) which can be closed by means of a sealing film (17), a receiving device (16) which is used to receive one of the analytical consumption means (10) from the cartridge (6), by means of which one of the consumption means (10) can be transported out of one of the chambers (12) of the cartridge (6). The closed opening (13, 14) is opened by the sealing film (17), and a drive enables the cartridge (6) to be displaced, said drive being used to position a chamber (12) in the receiving position wherein the consumption means (10) can be withdrawn from the chamber (12) by means of the receiving device (16). According to the invention, the hand-held analysis device (1) comprises an examination device (18) which can produce a signal containing information regarding whether the opening (13, 14) is closed by one of the chambers (12) by means of the sealing film (17).
L'invention concerne un appareil manuel d'analyse, servant à rechercher un constituant important sur le plan médical dans un échantillon, notamment dans un liquide biologique. Cet appareil comprend: un boîtier (4) présentant une ouverture de chargement (5) destinée à recevoir un magasin interchangeable (6) possédant plusieurs chambres (12) qui peuvent contenir des consommables analytiques (10), notamment des bandelettes test, et qui comportent chacune, sur au moins une face du magasin (6), une ouverture (13, 14) pouvant être obturée au moyen un film de fermeture hermétique (17); un dispositif de prélèvement (16) qui sert à prélever un consommable analytique (10) contenu dans le magasin (6) et qui permet de sortir un des consommables (10) d'une des chambres (12) du magasin (6), l'ouverture (13, 14) obturée par le film de fermeture hermétique (17) étant alors dégagée; et un dispositif d'entraînement qui permet un mouvement du magasin (6) pour positionner une chambre (12) dans une position de prélèvement, dans laquelle un consommable (10) peut être prélevé de la chambre (12) au moyen du dispositif de prélèvement (16). Selon l'invention, cet appareil manuel d'analyse (1) présente un dispositif de contrôle (18) pouvant produire un signal qui contient une information indiquant si l'ouverture (13, 14) d'une des chambres (12) est obturée par le film de fermeture hermétique (17).
