This invention is an underwater towable diving device. It is used to provide a swimmer/diver the ability to control, with limitations, their vertical depth and horizontal position on and below the surface of the water while being pulled at a speed faster than a swimmer or diver could self propel. The structure consists of three separate but attached panels. The first panel is the "Base" and allows the operator to control the vertical diving level below the surface of the water. The second and third panels are the "Left Wing" and "Right Wing" and allow the operator to control the horizontal direction on and below the surface of the water. The "Wings" also are used as the handles for the operator to hold onto.
