A hand-mounted wiper assembly includes a strap having a first end and an opposed second end. The assembly also includes a fastener configured to removably secure the first end to the second end to form a band. A base member then is removably secured to the first surface of the strap, which receives a wiping blade. A user fastens the first end to the second end of the strap to form a band around the user's finger, so that the wiping blade faces away from the user's finger. The user can then move the finger to draw the wiping blade across a faceshield, to thereby clear liquid from the faceshield.
