The invention relates to a hand-operated device (1), comprising a housing (2) and a drive part (3) with a drive means (5) which can be moved relative to the housing (2) by means of a motor (7), and comprising a tool (4) which can be detachably connected to the drive means (5). In order to be able to use the device (1) universally by virtue of fitting various tools (4, 4', 4'', 4''') and in each case providing a different type of movement of the latter, the invention makes provision for the drive means (5) to be eccentrically mounted in the drive part (3) with an eccentricity (e) and for a fixing mount (13) for possible interaction with a tool (4, 4''') to be arranged on the housing (2) at a distance from the drive means (5).

L'invention concerne un appareil manuel (1) qui comporte un boîtier (2) et une partie d'entraînement (3) dotée d'un moyen d'entraînement (5) qui peut être déplacé par rapport au boîtier (2) au moyen d'un moteur (7), ainsi qu'un outil (4) qui peut être relié de manière libérable au moyen d'entraînement (5).
