The invention relates to a hand device (1) for transferring a film such as an adhesive, opaque or coloured material from a support strip (2) to a substrate. Said device has a casing (6) in which a supply reel (4) and a take-up reel (5) for the support strip (2) are disposed so as to rotate on the pivot bearings (11, 12). The pivot bearings (11, 12) are formed by two concentric bearings disposed in the region of a ring-like or hollow cylindrical horizontal joint (10), the socket-shaped bearings (13, 14, 15, 16 ) engaging with one other. One of the bearings (14) is rotationally fixed to the casing (6), while the other (16) is part of the corresponding reel (5). A non-return device (24) equipped with detent pawl (25) is provided for one of the reels (5). In order to ensure compact embodiment and cost-effective production, said detent pawl (25) is mounted on one bearing (11) in such a way that it is elastically flexible by the force of a spring and the toothed ring (26) is disposed on the other bearing.
L'invention concerne un appareil manuel (1) pour faire passer un film, constitué par exemple d'un matériau adhésif, opaque ou coloré, d'une bande support (2) à un substrat. Cet appareil présente un boîtier (6), dans lequel une bobine d'alimentation (4) et une bobine réceptrice (5) pour la bande support (2) sont montées de manière à pouvoir tourner par l'intermédiaire d'un coussinet de pivotement (11, 12). Ce dernier est formé par deux parties de coussinet (13, 14, 15, 16) placées de manière coaxiale et s'emboîtant l'une dans l'autre sous la forme d'un manchon au niveau d'un joint (10) annulaire ou en forme de cylindre creux. Une partie de coussinet (14) est maintenue de manière bloquée en rotation sur le boîtier (6), et l'autre partie de coussinet (16) fait partie du support de bobine associé (5). Un dispositif antiretour (24), présentant un cran d'arrêt (25) qui coopère avec une couronne dentée (26), est destiné à une des deux bobines (4, 5). L'invention vise à créer un appareil compact, pouvant être produit de manière économique. A cet effet, le cran d'arrêt (25) est placé sur une partie de coussinet (1), de manière à présenter une élasticité à l'encontre d'une force de ressort, et la couronne dentée (26) est placée sur l'autre partie de coussinet (14).
