L'invention concerne une pince à commande manuelle (3) pour percer un tuyau d'irrigation (1) et pour équiper un tel tuyau d'irrigation (1) avec un goutteur (2), cette pince (3) comportant deux mâchoires (10, 10') ainsi qu'un moyen (11) pour percer le tuyau (1) sous l'effet du rapprochement de ces deux mâchoires (10, 10').
