ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hand-operated squeezer is disclosed for the extraction of juice from citrus fruits. The squeezer comprises at least one pair of generally conical squeezer members of the same size and shape. The squeezer members of each pair are so arranged with respect to one onother that they may be used for the simultaneous squeezing, with both hands, of fruit halves of approximately the same size with approximately the same expenditure of force and time, the forces occurring upon simultaneous squeezing of two fruit halves on the two squeezer members substantially cancelling each other out.
