This invention relates to a hand prosthesis comprising a chassis to which a finger prosthesis is articulated, said finger prosthesis being movable relative to the chassis by means of a drive and at least one swiveling axis. A first drive is located in the chassis and coupled to the finger prosthesis via a force transmission unit and allows the finger prosthesis to be swiveled about a first swiveling axis. A second drive is located in the finger prosthesis and allows at least one part of the finger prosthesis to be swiveled about a second swiveling axis relative to the first swiveling axis.

L'invention concerne une prothèse de main (1) comportant un châssis (2) sur lequel une prothèse de doigt (3, 4, 5) est logée de façon articulée, ladite prothèse de doigt (3, 4, 5) pouvant être déplacée par rapport au châssis (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement (30, 6) et d'au moins un axe de pivotement (15, 31). Un premier entraînement (6) est logé dans le châssis (2) et couplé à la prothèse de doigt (3, 4, 5) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de transfert de force (10), et permet un pivotement autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (15). Un deuxième entraînement (30) est logé dans la prothèse de doigt (3, 4, 5) et permet un pivotement d'au moins une partie de la prothèse de doigt (3, 4, 5) autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (31) par rapport au premier axe de pivotement (15).
