ABSTRACT A hand wearing apparel display package is comprised of left-hand and right-hand apparel members superimposed with respect to each other with the palm facing the back, a hanger member positioned adjacent the back panel along the open ends, a labeling tag positioned on the outside surface of the hanger member and fastening means extending through the hand wearing apparel members through the hanger member and the labeling tag to complete the display package. Additionally, an apparatus for assembling the hand wearing apparel display package is comprised of a rotatable housing having a first work station adapted to receive the labeling tag, a second work station cooperating with the hanger member dispenser for depositing the hanger member onto the labeling tag and a third fastening work station wherein the hand wearing apparel display package is fastened together.
