A method and apparatus for recording audio or video data so as to enable true raw audio or video certification includes recording on a mobile recorder an audio or video data stream taken from at least one microphone or camera respectively cooperating with the recorder, generating a digital hash and embedding the digi-tal hash in the data stream concurrently with the recording of the data stream, enabling playback of the recording containing the digi-tal hash by a playback device not equipped to decode the digital hash, wherein the digital hash contains attributes unique to the recording and where the digital hash is embedded in the data stream so as to minimize noise impact on a later playback of the data stream respectively by the playback device, and wherein the digital hash is embedded during the embedding continuously on a periodic basis throughout the duration of the recording.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil denregistrement de données audio ou vidéo de manière à permettre une véritable certification audio ou vidéo brute. Le procédé comprend l'enregistrement sur un enregistreur mobile d'un flux de données audio ou vidéo provenant d'au moins un microphone ou d'une caméra coopérant respectivement avec l'enregistreur, la génération d'un hachage numérique et l'intégration du hachage numérique dans le flux de données simultanément à l'enregistrement du flux de données, permettant la reproduction de l'enregistrement contenant le hachage numérique par un dispositif de reproduction non équipé pour décoder le hachage numérique, le hachage numérique contenant des attributs propres à l'enregistrement et le hachage numérique étant intégré dans le flux de données de manière à réduire à un minimum limpact du bruit sur une reproduction ultérieure du flux de données respectivement par le dispositif de reproduction, et le hachage numérique étant intégré pendant l'intégration en continu sur une base périodique pendant toute la durée de l'enregistrement.
