ABSTRACT A bicycle bell is attached to the handle end of a bicycle. The rider's pinky can intuitively actuate the ringer without looking down at the handlebars to locate the position of the ringer. The preferred embodiment uses an inside the end of the handlebar mounting means for the bell. An alternate embodiment uses a clamp. Various bell types are mounted at the end of the handlebar. The invention may be applied to riding wheelchairs and like devices.
