ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to and discloses a novel clock apparatus which is suitable for use as a handless clock device which provides a continuous visual display of time by means of the positioning of an ever-changing number of spheres which are main- tained at rest upon pivotable stacked holder members. The apparatus includes a support, a number of spheres, a holder therefor which is movable and which is adapted to receive and release the spheres, numerals to indicate the time of day, biasing and counter-biasing means to control the movement of the holder, and means for the supplying the spheres to the holder and for collecting the spheres from the holder. The apparatus indicates the time of day while simultaneously, delights and enraptures the observer by a relatively continuous visible movement of the spheres. The present apparatus provides an accurate measure of time without the use of hands, digital displays or a large number of complicated parts, in a simple and inexpensive device while providing a visually attractive display.
