A disposable absorbent article intended for direct application to the user's body, having a body facing surface and a garment facing surface, a longitudinal symmetry plane, a front end edge and a rear end edge, and comprising a liquid pervious topsheet, a backsheet joined to said topsheet and an absorbent core intermediate the backsheet and the topsheet. The disposable absorbent article comprises means for holding and applying the article to the user's body. The means are located on the garment facing surface of the absorbent article, and are oriented transversely to allow the insertion of at least one user's finger for holding and applying the absorbent article.
Cet article absorbant jetable tridimensionnel qui est conçu pour être directement appliqué sur le corps du porteur, comporte une face coté corps et une face coté vêtement, un plan de symétrie longitudinal, un bord d'extrémité antérieure et un bord d'extrémité postérieure ainsi qu'une couche supérieure perméable aux liquides, une couche inférieure rattachée à celle-ci et une âme absorbante venant s'interposer entre ces couches, inférieure et supérieure. Il est pourvu d'organes permettant sa manipulation et son application sur le corps du porteur. Ces organes, qui se trouvent sur le coté vêtement de l'article absorbant, sont orientés transversalement pour permettre l'insertion d'au moins un doigt pour manipulation et mise en place de l'article.
