A handsfree structure of a mobile telephone having a wired microphone, a radio transmitter and a wireless speaker combination, wherein, the wireless speaker is miniature and adapted for placing in or hanging on an ear. The microphone and the wire can be hidden in clothes. The radio transmitter and the microphone are connected to the output and input ends of the mobile telephone respectively; and the signals received are transmitted to the wireless speaker by the radio transmitter. Thereby, it is not necessary for the user to hold the telephone set. This can increase safety in car driving or can render the hands of the user free to deal with other matters, and furthermore, the situation of tangling by wire can be avoided.
