The present invention provides a hard capsule that exhibits excellent stability even when filled with a solvent for dissolving a poorly soluble drug, and that achieves improved moldability and drying rate. As such a hard capsule, the present invention provides a hard capsule having a film containing (A) a polymer or copolymer obtained by polymerizing or copolymerizing at least one polymerizable vinyl monomer represented by Formula (1) : H2C = C(R1)-COOR2 (1) wherein R1 represents hydrogen or methyl, and R2 represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol and/or a derivative thereof, and (B) at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of cellulose polymers, dextrin, and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Cette invention concerne une capsule dure qui est extrêmement stable même lorsqu'un solvant capable de dissoudre un composant médicamenteux légèrement soluble y est introduit, et qui a une excellente aptitude au moulage et une excellente vitesse de séchage. L'invention concerne une capsule dure répondant à ces critères, ladite capsule comprenant une pellicule d'enrobage, la pellicule d'enrobage comportant : (A) un polymère ou un copolymère produit en polymérisant ou en copolymérisant au moins un monomère vinylique polymérisable de formule générale [1] en présence d'un alcool polyvinylique et/ou d'un dérivé de ce dernier ; et (B) au moins un polymère hydrosoluble choisi dans le groupe constitué par un polymère de cellulose, la dextrine et la polyvinylpyrrolidone. H2C=C(R1)-COOR2 [1] [Dans la formule, R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle ; et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle contenant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone.]
