An aqueous hard surface cleaning composition contains anionic and nonionic surfactants, an enzyme mixture such as lipase/alpha-amylase for breaking down organic compounds; an activator for rendering the enzyme more active; and water. A progressively active composition also includes nonpathogenic bacteria such as a culture of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for degrading and assimilating organic compounds.
L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse pour nettoyer des surfaces dures, contenant des tensioactifs anioniques et non ioniques ; un mélange d'enzymes constitué par exemple de lipase/alpha-amylase servant à dissocier des composés organiques ; un activateur servant à accroître l'activité de l'enzyme ; et de l'eau. Une composition à effet progressif comprend également une bactérie non pathogène, par exemple une culture de <i>Bacillus</i> subtilis et de <i>Bacillus amyloliquefaciens</i> servant à dégrader et à assimiler des composés organiques.
