ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to hardenable molding materials on a base of chlorosulfonated polyolefins or chlorosulfonated olefincopolymerizates, containing a cross-linking agent and also if necessary customary additives, which may be fillers and/or organic solvents and/or softeners and/or fire-retardant agents and/or thixotropizing agents and/or adhesion promoters and the like. The cross-linking agent used is an organic derivative or a derivative mixture of titanic acid. Molding materials which can be hardened to form elastomers without an external supply of heat are there- fore obtained. They are preferably used as a sealing or jointing compound or a coating or filling compound in the building field.
