ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hardnable solution for use in calcium phosphate type biomaterials, comprises an aqueous solution contain- ing an easily water-soluble carboxylic acid or the deriva- tive thereof as the main ingredient. The hardened product shows improved physical properties such as high compression strength and reduced viscosity and can be handled with ease in clinical operation, while exhibiting neither sti- mulative nor toxic property to biobody.
