The invention relates to a method for producing a toothed section from a densified sintered material and to such a toothed section. The inventive method is characterized by densifying, using iteratively acquired data, a predensified tooth blank at least in one area to its final shape, thereby improving the roughness in the area by at least 400 % as compared to the blank, and adjusting a surface hardness of at least 130 BHN.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un engrènement à base de matériau de frittage compacté, ainsi qu'un engrènement à proprement parler. Une ébauche du profil de dent précompactée est compactée dans sa forme finale, au moins dans une zone, au moyen de données déterminées de manière itérative. Une rugosité est améliorée d'au moins 400% dans ladite zone, comparativement à l'ébauche, une dureté superficielle d'au moins 130 HB étant ajustée.
