ABSTRACT It's a harness that you were that goes over both shoulders & attaches in front like a belt, it has two straps with two loops that attaches to the shoulders straps in the back, & a pouch that is attaches to the shoulders straps at the bottom of back & to the belt which goes around the waist, & is attaches in front with a buckel. So that a umberella fits into the two loops & pouch, when opened protect a child head & shoulders from the sun.
