- 17 - "HARROW ATTACHMENT FOR A ROTARY DISC TYPE CULTIVATOR" ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an harrow attachment for attachment on a one way rotary disc type cultivator for harrowing behind the one way rotary disc type cultivator during agricultural dishing operations. Harrow attachments intended for use with shovels on shank type cultivators are generally not adapted for use behind one way rotary disc type cultivators in that such harrow attachment do not have provision for forced pivotal lift- ing of the harrow relative the shovels on shank type cultivator frame. Such pivotal lifting is particularly suitable for harrow attachments to be used on one way rotary disc type cultivators because the frame of a one way rotary disc type cultivator is generally not vertic- ally movable with respect to the field surface. The present harrow attachment advantageously can be provided with a journalling device for attachment on the rocking shaft generally provided parallel the discern frame. Furthermore linkage can advantageously be provided which links movement of the gang lifting mechanism so as to provide simultaneous lifting of a discer gang and harrow.
