ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hat stretching device including a spaced apart pair of oppositely facing hat engaging arcuate bands which are interconnected by an adjustment block having a ratchet mechanism which allows the spacing between the hat engaging bands to be quickly, easily, and repeatable set to a coarsely adjusted hat engaging size and are further interconnected by a threaded adjustment mechanism which allows the spacing between the hat engaging bands to be finely adjusted to a precise hat engaging size.
