ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A structure for compacting a stack of hay during forma- tion of the stack includes a frame rotatable around the stack of hay, a plurality of arms pivotally mounted on posts on the frame for rotation relative to the posts to apply pressure to upper portions of the stack, and fluid operated cylinders for biasing the arms in to engagement with the hay.
