ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Extrusion head heated at a desired working temperature and for use in simultaneously extruding electrical insulating material around electrical conductors. The head has a body adapted for connection by one of its ends to an extruder and two housings formed in the body at locations remote from the extruder connected end, these housings serving to accommodate extrusion dies in a removable manner. Each housing has jaws movable towards one another for gripping the extrusion die. A main inlet duct extends through the connected end of the body to two branch extrusion passages each of which communicates with a respective one of the housings. This duct communicates with the passages at a junction where there is provided a regulator operable to regulate the flow of material from the duct into the passages towards the dies.
