A fastener bolt for an automobile seat belt anchor is provided with an annular energy-absorbing cushion on the front surface of the bolt head. In a crash situation, forcible movement of a vehicle occupant's head against the cushion will have a lessened tendency to cause human injury or pain. The annular cushion has a central access opening that registers with a non-circular cavity in the bolt head, such that the fastener bolt can be screwed into a hidden fastener nut while the cushion is in place on the bolt.

La présente invention a pour objet un boulon de fixation pour ancrage de ceinture de sécurité de véhicule automobile avec coussinet annulaire amortissant l'énergie sur la face avant de la tête de boulon. En cas de collision, le mouvement inévitable de la tête d'un occupant du véhicule contre le coussinet aura moins tendance à causer des blessures ou de la douleur à l'occupant. Le coussinet annulaire comporte une ouverture centrale d'accès qui coïncide avec une cavité non circulaire dans la tête de boulon, de sorte que le boulon de fixation puisse être vissé dans un écrou dissimulé pendant que le coussinet est sur le boulon.
