The head model comprises: a head component having a neck portion; a removable skin portion for covering the head component; and provided on the neck portion of the head component and the skin portion; wherein the skin portion can be secured to the head component via the fastening means. The fastening means may include a rivet or a snap button. Since the skin portion and the head component are separable, the head component is reusable. The head model may be adapted for use in haircut practice or in dressing practice.
