A mini blind actuator has a motor and a housing (30) that holds the motor (60) and a dc battery (40). The rotor of the motor is coupled to the baton (22) of the mini-blind for rotating the baton and thereby opening or closing the slats of the mini-blind. Alternatively, the rotor is coupled to the tilt rod of the blind to rotate the tilt rod and thereby open or close the slats of the mini-blind. A control signal generator (52) generates a control signal for completing the electrical circuit between the battery and the motor. The control signal can be generated in response to a predetermined amount of daylight or in response to a user generated remote command signal.

Cet actionneur de store à lames étroites comporte un moteur, et un carter (30) renfermant d'une part ce moteur (60) et d'autre part une alimentation en courant continu par piles (40). Le rotor du moteur, solidaire de la tringle (22) du store à lames étroites, commande la rotation de la tringle, ce qui a pour effet d'ouvrir ou de fermer les lamelles du store. Dans une autre réalisation, le rotor du moteur, solidaire de la tige d'inclinaison, actionne cette dernière, ce qui a pour effet d'ouvrir ou de fermer les lamelles du store. Un générateur de signal de commande (52) produit un signal de commande permettant de fermer le circuit entre l'alimentation électrique et le moteur. Le signal de commande peut être généré en réaction à une quantité prédéterminée d'éclairage par la lumière naturelle ou en réaction à un signal de télécommande envoyé par l'utilisateur.
