ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a headrest pillow to be used to one side of one's head. The headrest pillow has forward, rearward and bottom surfaces. The rearward surface is flattened for supporting the pillow. The bottom surface extends forwardly from the rear surface to a forwardly bulbous rounded lower end region on the forward surface for fitting at ones neck between one's shoulder and one's jaw. The pillow further includes a flattened region immediately above the bulbous lower end region on the forward surface for engaging ones cheek so that one can comfortably rest one's head from the side on the pillow.
