The invention relates to head or neck supports which support the head or neck in a tilted back position and comprises or includes: a) a harness locatable to the upper body portions of a person, b) a rigid member extending from a region of said harness stabilised in respect of and by the use of the harness relative to the body, wherein, when in use, said harness is attached to the body of a person, said rigid member extending therefrom to provide a support region thereof which when said person is in a substantially upright position, and the head is tilted backwards to allow viewing of an object above the horizontal, said support region comes in contact with at least part of the back of the head and provides at least vertical support to the head.
L'invention concerne des supports pour la tête ou le coup lesquels supportent la tête ou le coup dans une position du dos inclinée et comprennent: (a) un harnais pouvant être placé sur les parties supérieures du corps d'une personne, (b) un élément rigide s'étendant à partir d'une région dudit harnais stabilisée par rapport au harnais et par l'utilisation de celui-ci par rapport au corps. Lors de son utilisation ledit harnais est fixé au corps d'une personne, ledit élément rigide s'étendant à partir de celui-ci pour former une région de support qui lorsque ladite personne se trouve dans une position sensiblement droite, et la tête inclinée vers l'arrière pour permettre de visualiser un objet au-dessus de l'horizontale, vient au contact d'au moins une partie de l'arrière de la tête et fournit au moins un support vertical à la tête.
