ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A connection mechanism for connecting a pair of head suspension assemblies to a disc drive actuator arm in which the connection mechanism includes connection portions associated with respective load beams with such connection portions having cooperating, mating bosses extending into a mounting opening in the actuator arm and into interconnecting overlapping engagement with one another to result in an interference fit connection.
