A headbox in a former for wet-forming of a fibre web has vanes (14) which separate channels (15) in the slice chamber (8) of the headbox, which channels communicate with turbulence channels (6), each vane being mounted to an anchoring element (10) with an arrangement, which comprises a pivot member (16) on the vane and an engagement groove (11) in the anchoring element. In accordance with the invention, the mounting arrangement further has an assembly bar (23) with a protrusion (24) for being received in said engagement groove to form a rigid joint and a journalling groove (25), arranged at a distance from the anchoring element and with a side opening (26) opens towards the vane (14) and having opposite pivot surfaces (27). The pivot member (16) of the vane is arranged to be received in the journalling groove (25) to co- operate with its pivot surfaces (27) to form an axis of pivot (28). The invention also relates to such a mounting arrangement and a method for mounting a vane by means of such a mounting arrangement.
L'invention concerne une caisse d'arrivée d'une forme de formation par voie humide d'une bande de fibres. Cette caisse comprend des volets (14) qui séparent des canaux (15) dans la chambre à règle (8) de la caisse d'arrivée. Ces canaux communiquent avec des canaux à turbulences (6), chaque volet étant monté dans un élément d'ancrage (10) par un système qui est constitué d'un élément pivot (16) du volet et d'une rainure d'engagement (11) pratiquée dans l'élément d'ancrage. Selon l'invention, le système de montage comprend également une barre d'assemblage (23) dotée d'une protubérance (24) destinée à être logée dans ladite rainure d'engagement pour former un joint rigide et d'une rainure de pivotement (25), réalisée à une certaine distance de l'élément d'ancrage et dotée d'une ouverture latérale (26) ouverte vers le volet (14) et ayant des surface pivot opposées (27). L'élément pivot (16) du volet est conçu pour être reçu dans la rainure de pivotement (25) pour coopérer avec ses surfaces pivot (27) et former un axe de pivot (28). L'invention concerne également un tel système de montage et un procédé de montage d'un volet à l'aide d'un tel système de montage.
