A B S T R A C T A combination of a header assembly with a cooking device having a generally rectangular hollow housing having a chamber therein, comprising a casing defining an enclosure having an opening on one side thereof and further defining first, second and third vent means therein. The first and second vent means are spaced substantially vertically from each other. Shield means are mounted within the enclosure of the casing and separating the enclosure into first and second passageways. The first vent means and the opening of said casing are in communication with the first passageway. The second and third vent means are in communication with the second passageway thereof. A cooking control system is mounted on said casing and extends into the second passageway whereby heated air within the chamber can flow by means of convection air flow through the housing and casing openings. The first passageway and the first vent means thereby draw air through the second and third vent means and the second passageway past the cooking computer to cook the same.
